Built with a full-dimensional closed-loop envelope energy-saving system, the product meets the Uw ≤0.8 ultra-low energy consumption threshold, delivers industry-leading extreme energy saving, high-efficiency thermal insulation and root-cause anti-condensation effects, and helps projects achieve carbon emission targets and green building certification smoothly.
The core thermal insulation system adopts a dual-structure design of 34mm special-shaped customized PA66 thermal break strip + 4mm nano-micro foaming thermal insulation layer. The customized PA66 thermal break strip maximizes the blocking path of heat conduction, completely cuts off the cold and heat bridge of the profile, and the built-in nano-micro foaming layer forms a continuous non-breakpoint closed thermal insulation cavity, which together form a double thermal insulation barrier, block heat transfer from the profile matrix level, and achieve passive house-level extreme energy saving and long-term thermal insulation, helping the project achieve ultra-low energy consumption and net-zero carbon emission goals. This dual structure balances the temperature of the full section of the profile, completely eliminates the temperature difference cold bridge on the inner and outer surfaces, fundamentally avoids the generation of condensed water, avoids envelope corrosion and indoor mold growth caused by condensation, and fully meets the stringent requirements of green building standards for indoor air quality and building durability.
The full life cycle closed-loop sealing system adopts automotive-grade EPDM soft-hard co-extruded composite rubber strip, which achieves seamless fitting and stable sealing throughout the product life cycle. Its ultra-low heat transfer coefficient and passive house-grade extreme air tightness completely block the convection of cold and hot air and the penetration of moisture, further optimize the overall thermal performance of the window and strengthen the system’s energy saving and thermal insulation effect. The profile cavity is fully filled with thermal insulation closed-cell sponge, which cuts off the transmission path of sound and heat in all directions, eliminates the cold and heat convection inside the cavity, forms a fully enclosed moisture-proof and thermal insulation system, and completely eliminates all conditions for the generation of condensed water, realizing system-level anti-condensation guarantee.
This series is equipped with standard three-glass two-cavity inert gas insulating glass, which greatly weakens the heat radiation and heat conduction of the glass part, extremely reduces the heat loss of the window, and consolidates the product’s ultra-high energy efficiency performance. It achieves constant temperature thermal insulation and extreme energy saving in all seasons, maximally reduces the design load and operation energy consumption of the building HVAC system, and perfectly meets the core requirements of passive house ultra-low energy consumption. It also balances the glass surface temperature to fundamentally solve the problem of glass condensation, and cooperates with the overall system design to realize no cold bridge and no condensation on the full section of the window.
